Alongside a whole-home remodel, we completely restored the pool and deck area of this beautiful property surrounded by soaring trees. It had fallen into significant disrepair (see ‘before’ photo below), requiring us to install new equipment and lines and refinish the surfaces of the pool. The new Ipe (Ironwood) deck was built to incorporate the nearby Redwood tree and take advantage of the additional space. Strips of artificial grass in the concrete provide both textural interest and color, as well as enhanced drainage. A uniquely designed outdoor shower is built into the top of a boulder. New plantings and landscape lighting throughout further bring life back to this area.
